Since upgrading to Windows 10, I am unable to play videos on Windows Media Player (only the sound is heard) and neither Edge nor IE11 will play any HTML5 video (decoding errors reported). Step 1: Download and install the latest firmware driver form the manufacturer's website. Step 2: Update all the system drivers and if possible download from the manufacturer website.
